This type of Training is an extension of Basic Self Defense.  You learn how to fight just like and MMA Fighter, Train in Self Defense Hand to Hand Combat Drills, learn how to posture yourself facing 2 opponents at  one time.  Gain skills in defense against a weapon coming at you. This training is a continuous process.  JR has a handful of Trainees who have been doing this type of training with him for years.  They keep honing their skills.

Learn the Fundamentals of Defense.

With JR's Fast Trac 3, you can learn all the Basics in just 3 Training Sessions.   This training can be accomplished in one of three ways.  Private Lessons, Semi Private with a friend or two, or for groups.

G-MAT provides you with the ability to learn progressively how to fight and defend like a professional fighter.  Learn how to posture, hand strikes, how to use various elbow and knee strikes, kicks, takedowns, and basic grappling skills.  This is the most popular type of training that JR offers.  People who do this training with JR have continued their training for years and years because of the Fitness component.
